Will I use products that you buy in the supermarket? Yes. I don’t have the space or ability to currently grow things like wheat, cabbage, or olive trees; nor do I have permission to raise pigs, chickens, or ducks at my rented domicile. However, I will commit to using ingredients in their simplest forms possible, and from the best sources possible. You can choose how closely you follow the latter.
I am also going to be consciously omnivorous. Some of the skills might be grisly. I will strive to let my readers know when such things will be featured.
Finally, I do not use the terminology of revolution and Marx as a catchy joke (well, a little). I really believe that the current state of food demands this degree of conscious reflection.
