Pro•le•food: Loosely adapted from George Orwell's novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four, Orwell actually used the term prolefeed, described as "the rubbishy entertainment and spurious news which the Party handed out to the masses." I found his description to apply in an amazing manner with a shift in vocabulary. Hence, this blog will be focused on "the rubbishy food and spurious drink which the Party hands out to the masses," only with an eye to freeing oneself from such things.
I'll leave the identity of "the Party" up to the individual reader.
