Besides Jews and Muslims many Christians do not eat pork, because it is "unhealthy" or unclean. Even though it seems the kosher foods are not based on health but need. Of course the other animals are usually not in the discussion for Christians. The point is that G-d did not set limits of the fruits, vegetables or grains.
